Eng Soon graduated from Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours – 2nd Upper) in 2000.He has been in the accounting and finance profession for more than 20 years. Prior to his current position in Reliance Audit, he was with KPMG for more than 10 years. He also spent 2 years in their Tokyo office on an international rotation working principally on IFRS conversion projects. In addition to his audit responsibilities at Reliance Audit, Eng Soon has led various engagement teams on due diligence assignments in China, Australia and Malaysia. He has also provided IPO preparatory services, internal controls review and various other services for IPO aspirants. As the appointed liquidator, he has performed liquidation of companies under voluntary liquidation and compulsory winding up orders to liquidate and distribute assets ranging from a few hundred thousand dollars to a few million dollars.Eng Soon is a Fellow Chartered Accountant of Singapore (FCA Singapore), Accredited Tax Practitioner (Income Tax), ISCA Financial Forensic Professional and a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner.

Keith Ng

Keith started his career in 2003 with PwC in Singapore and spent three years in PwC’s network firm in Australia, where he qualified as a chartered accountant.During his career, Keith has been involved in the audit of companies ranging from local SMEs to Fortune 500 companies and has extensive experience in coordinating large cross-territories audit engagements.Since 2015, he has undertaken a number of litigation support and corporate insolvency engagements, both voluntary and compulsory (including acting as court-appointed liquidator), involving multimillion-dollar claims.In addition, Keith has significant advisory experience in the interpretation and application of International and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, specialising in issues relating to corporate restructuring and business acquisitions.Keith graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Melbourne in Australia. He is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.Keith is a public accountant registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (“ACRA”) and an insolvency practitioner licensed by the Ministry of Law.

Gan Wei Sieng

Wei Sieng started his career in 2008 with PwC Singapore’s assurance practice where he was involved in the audit of companies ranging from local family-owned businesses to Fortune 500 companies across multiple industries such as retail, information technology, construction, oil & gas, and transportation.During his career with PwC, Wei Sieng was also involved in providing outsourced accounting services. He further broadened his in-house finance experience by working for a multi-national retail group where he managed a large shared services team.At Reliance Audit, Wei Sieng continues to lead many cross-border audit engagements where he collaborates extensively with clients and colleagues across the globe including China, Hong Kong, India, US and the UK.With his experience of being the external auditor and in-house finance, Wei Sieng is able to understand the challenges faced by his clients and often provides pragmatic advice to his clients on complex transactions and valuable insights on their internal processes.Wei Sieng graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia. He is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

Lai Seng Koon

Seng Kwoon has extensive and diverse experience in the areas of accounting, auditing, tax and financial advisory, accumulated during his lifetime career as a professional accountant. He started his professional career with KPMG – an international accounting firm – in 1979 and founded the predecessor firm of Reliance Audit in 1994. Over the years, he has been involved in various engagements in his areas of expertise and training. He has also been involved in IPO related works and liquidation, business recovery and litigation support services and in the area of forensic investigation and accounting.Seng Kwoon is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore (CA Singapore), a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (FCCA), Accredited Tax Practitioner (Income Tax), Accredited Tax Advisor (Goods & Services Tax) and is a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner.Seng Kwoon was a Council Member of the Singapore Scout Association and Honorary Internal Auditor of the Temasek Club. He has also previously served as Treasurer with the SSA and the School Advisory Committee of Henry Park Primary School. He was also a member of the Audit Committee of The Singapore Sports Council.

Chloe Loke

Chloe began her career at PwC in Singapore in 2006 before joining Reliance Audit in 2024. Throughout her career, she has focused primarily on auditing local small to medium enterprises and subsidiaries of global multinational corporations, gaining a deep understanding of the unique needs of clients in this segment. This extensive experience enables her to provide tailored insights and practical solutions to the challenges her clients face.

Having worked across various industries including transport and logistics, manufacturing, automotive, trading of industrial and consumer products, and entertainment, Chloe is recognised for her strong leadership and technical skills. She has successfully led many audit engagements through demanding conditions characterised by significant ambiguity and complexity. 

Her pragmatic approach has assisted many new clients transitioning from other firms to complete years of outstanding audits within challenging timelines, ensuring that these clients are once again compliant with their statutory obligations. Jamie Lee

Since 2012, Jamie has built a successful career in audit and assurance, starting with PwC Singapore’s assurance practice, where she contributed to audits across a wide range of industries, including retail, information technology, manufacturing, transportation, and education. Her work involved complex audits with multiple overseas counterparts, and she played an active role in engaging with key stakeholders, including international private equity funds. 

A defining chapter in Jamie’s career was her overseas secondment to PwC Myanmar, where she played a key role in developing and expanding the firm’s emerging practice. Over two years, she led business development efforts and worked with a diverse range of clients, from multinational corporations to local conglomerates. Jamie’s primary focus was on enhancing financial reporting processes for IFRS compliance, while also providing valuable insights into accounting, internal controls, and business transformation. Her leadership was crucial in building the practice’s capabilities, driving team growth, and improving service delivery in a rapidly evolving market.

Currently, Jamie oversees the quality management system at Reliance Audit, ensuring the firm’s audit engagements consistently meet the highest standards of excellence. She remains committed to driving improvements in both client outcomes and internal processes.

Jamie holds a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) degree from RMIT University and is a member of both the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and CPA Australia, demonstrating her commitment to maintaining the highest professional standards in auditing.

Larry Liang

Larry began his career at Reliance Audit in 2015. He has extensive experience auditing companies of various sizes across multiple industries, including manufacturing, trading, retail, investment holding, clean energy, education, professional services, and construction.

During his tenure, Larry spent two years with our affiliated firm in China and Hong Kong, where he enhanced his ability to serve Chinese clients. Over time, he has become a key contributor, playing an instrumental role in building and servicing our Chinese client base.

Known for his dedication to delivering results and for being highly sensitive and responsive to client needs, Larry has established himself as a trusted advisor to many.

Within the firm, Larry oversees the implementation of our training program and provides accounting and auditing technical support on complex issues to engagement teams.

Larry is a Chartered Accountant in Singapore, an Associate Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, and an Accredited Tax Practitioner (Income Tax) in Singapore.
